Bryan Aldridge, aka DJ Climactic, began his DJ career in high school playing tunes at his own alma mater, with his first gig being Dixon High School's Spring Fling in 1994. After numerous gigs including Laney High and Hoggard High Prom, he finally graduated and continued to play music at schools while attending UNCW. It was here he was introduced into the club scene and nightlife of Wilmington. He played at hotspots such as Bessie’s, The Wave Hog, and The Mad Monk.
The next four years were dedicated to upgrading equipment and expanding the music collection while gaining more experience. DJ Climactic was also the main entertainment for over 15 Formals on campus for 6 different sororities and fraternities.
Following college, Bryan continued to play many events around Wilmington until relocating to Raleigh. With this new centralized location, he expanded his services throughout the entire state. Some Raleigh hotspots include: Blue Post of Raleigh, Disco Rodeo, East End, and Players Club just to name a few.
After 6 years in Raleigh, DJ Climactic returned home to Wilmington and began to reestablish his name in the club scene while also specializing in more formal events. His focus was soon shifted to weddings as word of mouth spread about his vibrant personality and exceptional rates.
Climactic Entertainment was formally established in 2009. Our company was created to provide affordable DJ and Emcee Services to North Carolina, while maintaining top level service and expertise.
